IN STP
Biological Treatment
It’s a continuous operation spanned over 24 hrs. To treat the complete day’s generated Waste Water either domestically or industrially by developing the Biological Media to degrade the sludge or reduce COD & BOD to the pollution norms. Hence, to ensure a smooth and trouble free operation, we provide spare machinery almost at every stage.
The Automation of the entire process is done.
Batchprocess
For the very first time in INDIA the Batch operation spanning over just 6 hrs, operated by only person is used to treat the complete day’s Waste Water.
The Power, the Area for the Plant, the Capital Cost, the Operation Cost are all quite lesser than the above. (The comparative study between biological and chemical can be furnished as per the case study).
The operation of the plant is definitely simpler and easier compared to any other methods.
Noise Free STP
Noise free STP’s are being executed without the use of blowers in STP. This Technology is the first of its kind in AP.
External Plumbing (Automation or unmanned operation)
Replacing the conventional system of using many pumps, a new technology is being successfully run by Needs resources that uses only a single pump for ten towers/blocks consisting of 585 flats with complete automation thus saving 65-70% of electrical power, 75% percent of manpower and on the whole 75% of the maintenance costs. This is again the first of its kind in INDIA.
